Lois Neidhart - Secretary

Lois, a Miami native, grew up in Coconut Grove, is a Miami High School graduate and a UF Gator.  She and her husband, Paul, owned and operated Curbside Florist in South Miami-Dade for forty-one years. Lois currently enjoys her volunteer work with Baptist Health South Florida, and she is a member of the Perrine-Cutler Bay-Palmetto Bay Rotary Club, and Founders Club of South Dade. 

Eleanor Winhold - Immediate Past President

Eleanor and her husband, Marvin, have owned Winhold Montessori Schools, Inc., since 1982. Their son, Barry, is the Assistant Administrator. Conveniently located in the northbound lane of US #1, in Palmetto Bay, the school is dedicated to serving the community with quality education for young children. Eleanor has lived in the village since 1965, and  is active in numerous service organizations. Leif Gunderson - Past President

Leif is the Executive Vice President of Sunstate Bank.   Leif has always given back to the community through his involvement for over 25 years in many civic organizations as a volunteer and many times as the Chairperson.  He is a founding member of the Palmetto Bay Business Association and for the first 2 years guided the organization as Chairperson.

Zac is the long term owner of Minuteman Press – The Falls located just north of The Falls Shopping Center.  Minuteman Press has been serving the printing, direct mail and promotional products needs of South Dade since 1993.  Zac has resided in Palmetto Bay since 1994 and is active in the local business community.

Karen Nercess

Karen and her husband Ed, both photographers, have owned All Star Event Photography studio since 1988. Specializing in Business portraits, for individuals and groups, corporate events, with on site photo printing and youth sports leagues photography. Karen, an active member of the local business associations, enjoys photographing the business events. In their spare time Karen and Ed enjoy camping and canoeing in the great outdoors.

James A. Thomas, MBA

James is CEO of Computer Systems and Software, Inc., an outsourced information technology (IT) firm established 1989 in Miami, Florida. James, his wife and two daughters have resided in Miami-Dade County since 1986 and Palmetto Bay since 1991. James is also an adjunct professor at Trinity International University and is a volunteer at South Dade United, a not-for-profit community soccer club.

Phillip F. Ludovici

Phil received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 1956 and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1959. He founded Ludovici & Ludovici in 1959 and is a former municipal court judge. He recently served on the Board of Directors of the Deering Estate Foundation, and the Miami Ski Club. He brings his clients over 50 years of experience in business and legal matters.

 Linda Robinson

Linda has been a top producing real estate Broker since 1974. Presently she is an Owner agent with Keller Williams Realty Coral Gables/Coconut Grove! She not only has received top honors in her real estate companies but was chosen as Who's Who in Real Estate by Unique Homes in 1991. A charter member of Master Brokers of Miami Dade, Linda has served on the Miami Dade Board of Realtors on their ethics & realtor attorney committees. She was first elected to the Community Council for Dade County.
